Over Spring Break you guys will read either the play Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller. OR A Streetcar Named Desire.
Read it carefully, paying attention to symbolism and motifs, theme, stage directions, setting, etc.
I will post questions to accompany each play, which you will post onto turnitin.com and I would also like you to post onto the discussion board. How often? Often enough to contribute to a discussion of the work.
Once you finish, you will write an analytical essay on the play.
The essay and the answers to the questions are due by Sunday, March 29th. You will upload your essay to turnitin.com by 10:00 p.m.
The discussion board, however, will close on Saturday. So plan accordingly.
